Meet Peach
?Female med hair tabby. Potentially Maine Coon
DOB approx. 10/8/23
Peach and her siblings were turned in to a local shelter at approximately 1 month of age. She had an upper respiratory infection, and her coat was so matted that her foster had to use olive oil to work them out. They all were underweight.
From her foster:
“I’m a stunning girl, and once I get to know you, I am just as sweet. Right now, I’m a bit shy, but I’m working really hard with my foster family to overcome that.
The way to my heart is canned food and a wand toy. I’ll will jump so high, it looks like I can fly. I also love my tunnels, and like to spy on my foster mom by peaking my head out of the hole in the middle. My meows are silent, but I still like to do it so you know I’m listening. I have the softest fur, and I am okay with being brushed. I have always used my litter box, and I’m not even scared that it is an automatic one. My foster mom says I’m brave, smart and beautiful. She’s probably right.“ ?
Her foster family continues to work with her to socialize her with new people and dogs and cats. She’s got huge feet, a thick mane, and ear tufts, all that lead us to believe she will grow into a good-sized Maine Coon-type cat.
If the cat is under the age of 9 months old or has heath issues, a vet reference is required which means you must own a pet or have owned a pet in your name.
Adoption fee of $165. covers all vetting including spay/neuter surgery, vaccines, microchip, FIV/FELV test and any other medical that may be required while in rescue.
