Papa Noel is a handsome 6- year- old black male cat who needs a special someone to give him a quiet forever home after his life on the streets. Since he was rescued and brought to the shelter, he has been shy, scared and confused as to why he is suddenly in a cage - but while he is scared he has always been gentle and sweet. He will allow pets and sometimes enjoys having his head and chin rubbed. Papa will lean in for pets when he is tempted with treats, which he absolutely adores after all that time not knowing where his next meal was coming from. He stares out with his beautiful hazel eyes that are a mirror to his sweet and loving soul. This special boy needs to be introduced to his new home carefully, preferable to a small space, and will likely hide for a bit until he realizes he is in safe surroundings. With love and patience, he can reach his full potential and become a wonderful companion for his special person. We do recommend he go to a quiet home with no small children. Might be ok with another confident cat if it were the right match.
