Ozcar is shy with new people but super affectionate once he’s comfortable. His ideal home is quiet with no dogs and calm, older children only, if any. He has a quirky, interesting personality. He doesn't like being picked up, but is a wonderful lap cat once he claims his person. This boy loves to play with all kinds of toys! He would be fine as an only cat or in a home with a cat friendly kitty; with slow introductions.
