Meet Otis.
Otis came to HALO with his Mom and four siblings. They were trapped and brought to us as strays born outdoors. While all the family is still shy and still getting comfortable, Otis is the more outgoing one. He loves his treats and chasing the rainbow wand. As we get to know him better we will update on his personality.
