Meet Oscar
Meet Oscar! Oscar was found as a stray near Chili Corners. The family that found him was very concerned that he might get hit on busy Highway 10, so they brought him to CCHS. Oscar is a 1-year old neutered male Tuxedo cat, with a short-haired black and white coat. Oscar was so scared when he first came to the Shelter, but now he's learned that he can trust people again and loves to be petted. He weighs 10#, and has a sweet and gentle personality. He just needs to find his new forever family. If that's you, please apply to adopt Oscar today!
Approved applicants will be notified via email. Please check junk/spam folders for a response.
The adoption fee is $30. Adoption applications can be filled out at CCHS or online through our website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. Applications are not first come, first served. All applications will be reviewed by the adoption committee and the home chosen will be the one considered to be the best match. All cats and kittens have been vaccinated for Distemper, dewormed and microchipped. If old enough, they will also be vaccinated for Rabies and blood tested for FeLV/FIV. Cats and kittens will be spayed or neutered before adoption.
CCHS is proud to be a No-Kill Humane Society. As a private, non-profit charity, our work depends on donations and volunteers to keep going. We are committed to helping the animals that enter our doors and finding each the best possible forever home.
