Meet Oreo
Looking for a lap cat? Oreo is your girl!
Oreo and her baby were found outside in a dangerous situation. Apparently, little Oreo had recently had kittens but only one survived. Her kitten has been adopted but sweet Oreo is still waiting for her new home.
She is a great companion and likes to be close by her person. Oreo loves to curl up on your lap and makes a great lap warmer!
Oreo is a quiet cat unless she accidentally gets closed in a room and then she will meow loudly to get your attention.
Oreo is approximately 1 year old (as of February). She is spayed and vaccinated.
Although Oreo's foster mom would love to keep her, Oreo is not getting along with the other animals in the house. Oreo may adjust to dogs that like cats with a slow introduction but we cannot guarantee she will like any dog.
Oreo would prefer to be the only cat in the house. However, if you are comfortable and familiar with slowly introducing cats, Oreo may adjust to other cats but, again, we cannot guarantee she will get along with any other cat.
NOTE: Any potential adopters must agree to NOT DECLAW this cat and to provide both vertical and horizontal scratchers.
We'd love to see Oreo get a forever home that will protect her and give her love and attention she craves.
Adoption fee is $75 to help cover costs of veterinary care but is negotiable for the right home.
