Meet Oakie the Acorn
Hi! My name is Oakie the Acorn! I am a sweet, gentle, cat who loves to cuddle with other cats. I was brought to MHAA after being found as a stray with a visible "wobble". I am believed to have been hit by a car during my difficult outdoor life. This left permanent spinal trauma which causes me to be uncoordinated. I have also tested positive for FIV, which the team at the shelter can tell you more about. I am not in any discomfort though and get along very well with my disability! I am a little shy but very approachable. I am looking for a calm home with other friendly cats. You can come meet me anytime Wednesday through Monday between 12-4pm, no appointment needed (Tuesdays we are open by appointment only).
