Nutmeg - indoor/outdoor Domestic Short Hair Montville, NJ

Meet Nutmeg! This beautiful big eyed girl is our free roaming shelter cat and greeter. She came to us as a stray and we estimate her to be about 5 years old. Nutmeg is a couch potato and spends her day lounging by the window soaking in the rays. In the morning and late afternoon she comes out to greet us with purrs and rubs. She’s friendly and follows us around the shelter but she does get over stimulated and will let you know when she’s done. She would make a nice indoor/outdoor cat or barn cat. Nutmeg is a polydactyl (she has extra toes) but unfortunately her extra nails were causing her pain so the vet recommended declawing the extra toes. She still has all her normal claws. Nutmeg is microchipped, tested negative for FeLV AND FIV, up to date on her vaccinations, dewormed and spayed.
