Meet Nova & Chester

Nova and Chester may not share DNA, but their bond as foster siblings is as strong as any. These two were rescued from tough beginnings and, with the care and love of their foster mom, have grown into healthy, playful, and affectionate kittens.
Nova is a stunning girl with soft grey-and-white fur and a curious personality. She’s a social butterfly who always wants to be in on the action. Whether she’s playing games with Chester or lounging beside you, Nova thrives on attention and affection. Her meow is as unique as she is—a soft, funny little sound due to her seeming lack of vocal cords. She’s quiet but makes her presence known in the sweetest ways.
Chester, on the other hand, is a fluffy little charmer with a stocky build and an irresistibly cute face. He may take a bit longer to warm up to new surroundings, but once he’s comfortable, he’ll be at the heart of all the fun. Chester loves dashing down hallways, chasing toys, and playfully wrestling with Nova. He’s also a fan of pets and cuddles and will get up close to ask for your attention, often with his adorable mew.
Nova and Chester are looking for a home together where they can continue their sibling adventures. They’d do well in a household with slightly older children who understand how to be gentle with animals. If you’re ready for double the love and double the fun, Nova and Chester are ready to join your family!
Chester was born around 6/20/24 and Nova was born around 7/1/24. They have been spayed/neutered and vaccinated, including rabies. They are litter box trained.
We recommend adopting two kittens if you have no other pets (or even if you do), because you will get twice the love with less work and they will develop fewer behavioral issues, while costs remain relatively similar.
The adoption fee for two kittens is $230.
We are located in the Columbia Gorge area in OR/WA (this is where the kittens are fostered), but we are able to transport to those locations where we advertise (i.e. Seattle and Portland area). There isn't an additional fee for transport, but any additional donation to help support what our little group does is appreciated.
When responding to this ad, please provide a phone number where you can be reached. Having an alternate means to contact people is helpful, since our email can end up in SPAM. Please also provide some information on your home. For example: Do you have small children? How many? Is your home life quiet or busy? Do you live in a rural or urban area? Do you have any other pets? What else should we know?
All of the kittens at Pawsitivity are fostered in homes where they are cared for and socialized. We don't keep kittens in cages (except maybe at bedtime). Our foster parents are able to learn each of their personalities this way and determine the best home for them. We also make sure all kittens are healthy before placing them in their forever home.
