Meet Nickie
Nickie is a female domestic shorthair tuxedo kitten. She was rescued in January 2024 in East Charlotte alongside some of her colony. We estimate her birth month to be April 2023. Nickie has received initial vet care from our rescue, and is spayed, microchipped and vaccinated.
While Nickie’s full family history is unknown as a community cat, she was a beloved member of her community and cared for greatly by a local homeowner. The homeowner even went so far to allow her in her home, so Nickie was well on her way with socialization as we brought her into our program.
Nickie is in foster care with exposure to other cats and dogs. Due to her age and socialization process, Nickie is required to go to a home where another pet is present, ideally a cat and/or dog. We also encourage you to consider her foster mate: Cece.
