Murphy Domestic Short Hair Kansas City, MO

Murphy (gray) and his brother Macaroon "Mac"; (white with black markings) came to Purrfect Paradise in the heat of the summer of 2014. They had been left in a 5 gallon bucket in direct sunlight in a local park. Luckily, they were noticed by a kind stranger and taken to safety. They were very, very young and had to be bottle fed when they first arrived. They soon learned to eat and drink from a bowl and were welcomed by the rest of the feline crew at the shelter, where they learned all about how to be cats!
These two boys are as friendly and playful as they come! They follow our volunteers around and climb up onto their shoulders whenever they get the chance...just begging for lots of pets and attention! Their purrs are loud and happy. Their personalities are sweet and silly.
Murphy and Macaroon would do very well adopted together as they enjoy spending time together, sleeping, grooming, playing. They are very social, so a home with other kitties or people with time to give them plenty of attention would be best ( if adopted together, they would keep each other entertained). They have plenty of kitten left in them and would need some play time every day to be happiest.
Murphy and Mac have never met a dog, so it is unknown how they would get along with one.
