**** This week, this adorable cat can be found at the Adoption Center inside the PetSmart store located on the southeast corner of Middlebelt Road and I-96 in Livonia, Michigan. The store is situated behind the Meijer and Costco parking lot at 13150 Middlebelt Rd. Go up and meet this cutie!

Are you looking for a friend? I will run to greet you at the door even if you’ve only been gone a few hours (or minutes). I have a playful streak if you can wave a toy around for me or throw things for me to chase, but I’m also happy just chilling on a soft bed and looking out the window or watching tv with you. I’m a total chatterbox so you will always know what’s up with me – I speak in chirps, meows, purrs, squeaks, and yes sometimes grumbles and hisses too. I do happen to be pretty opinionated about a lot of things, such as how much I love treats, my major dislike of other cats, when I want your attention, and the necessity of petting me just so. My ideal owner will need to be accepting of feedback and not take it too personally when I have some criticism to offer. A good cuddle is an artform and I am a connoisseur of being picked up and snuggled lovingly in your arms or nestling into a lap. I am seven years young with an adorable round baby face, the biggest eyes, and dainty white mittens. I have been described as uncooperative when things aren’t going my way (such as trips to the vet or stays at Petsmart). Who hasn’t been kicked out of a store once or twice? I’m already spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped, I use my litterbox, and I’m a good eater too.

I’ve been with WAG for a long while now, so I really hope I can connect with someone that’s looking for a lot of cat personality wrapped in a cute little package. There may be some events in my past that cause me to get startled more easily or for reasons that are difficult to understand, so I need someone that can be patient and just give me a little space when I need it. I promise if you can love me for myself, I will love you right back times ten!

Our cat/kitten is spayed / neutered, current on vaccinations, on flea prevention and have been dewormed.

Our cat/kitten adoption fee is $175.00 (cash or credit card).

Due to the foster's mom schedule this cat is not at the Petsmart adoption events. The Foster Mom is willing to meet outside of the Saturday adoption events at a time and place convenient to both parties once an application has been processed.

IMPORTANT: An application must be filled out and approved before we will make special arrangements to meet a cat/kitten. A volunteer will review your application and contact you if your application is approved or if further clarification is required. We will make every attempt to contact APPROVED applicants within 5 business days of application submission (M-F), but this will depend on the number of applications received. If you do not answer all questions then your application may not be processed. WAG Animal Rescue adopts to homes that are best fits for our animals' needs, and not on a first-come, first-served basis. We are an all-volunteer organization, and regret that we do not have the resources to contact applicants that are not approved. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

WE DO NOT HAVE A SHELTER. All of our animals are kept in foster homes.
