We believe that Mowgli has feline herpes, which causes him to get URIs on a regular basis. He will need a home that will be patient, and able to give him the love and care that he needs. Because feline herpes is rather contagious to cats, it is not recommended that he goes to a home with another cat that does not already have the same diagnosis.
