Motley Domestic Short Hair Mix Morganton, NC

Motley is a beautifully colored young mother. She is just over a year old and has already had 2 litters. She did a wonderful job as mother but is now ready for her chance to be a kitten. Motley was found living outside in an apartment complex. Residents cared for her as a kitten but could not bring her inside and did not think they could afford to get her fixed. Her first litter of kittens are still in the complex and somewhat feral. However, things worked out differently with her 2nd litter. She was attempting to move them from a storm drain after a big storm when she got 4 of the 5 moved to safety but dropped the last one. That precious little one did not make it but he lead rescuers to the remaining siblings. Motley was not too hard to catch as her favorite friend in the complex was a dog. So the lady took the dog for a walk and brought Motley right to rescuers. Motley is so very petite and gentle. She loved on her babies constantly but now she is fixed and ready to be adopted herself. She loves to play and her go-to toy is the feather fishing pole. She loves giving head bumps and loves to have people talk to her.
