Meet Mooshie
Mooshie
Age: 8.1.20
Sex: Male
Moshi was very sad and anxious when he first arrived and took a long time to warm up to us, needing a couple of weeks alone in his own room to get used to his new home, but once he settled in he became very friendly and started yelling and demanding attention all the time.
He likes to have free roam of the house. He loves sitting near people and being petted, although he can get a bit bitey when you pet him for too long, grabbing your arm and kicking. He likes to be picked up and given hugs and kisses, if you don't hold him too long. He loves it when we talk to him and sing to him. He loves sitting on his big scratching pedestal and often gets up on tables. He is sassy, smart, and funny and needs a lot of attention and play time, or he gets into mischief. He tolerates brushing and getting rid of mats. We haven't attempted to clip his nails. He likes toys that dangle on a string or that he can chase or kick.
He has a very dominant personality and tends to be aggressive to other cats. I don't know how he is with dogs but I wouldn't recommend him for a family with young children because he's very big and strong and might accidentally hurt them when he's playing rough or if he becomes frustrated with them. He would be best suited for a home where he is the only pet so he can have all the attention to himself.
