Meet Misty (read my sad story)
Meet Misty! This poor girl has had such a rough life. She initially came to us from animal control as a scared stray and was adopted out by a sweet old man. Unfortunately, her previous owner ended up with dementia and Misty spent an unknown amount of time in a flooded and bug covered house all by herself. Amazingly enough, this beautiful girl has shown us so much love and joy. She still has her moments of sadness, but who can blame her? Misty loves to talk, and is quick to offer a soft chirp when she knows you're nearby. All she needs is a good home to offer her the unconditional love we know she deserves.
