Miso Siamese Parkville, MO

Hi! My name is Miso! I was born on a farm and taken home by the granddaughter when she came to visit. Unfortunately, she has now gone to college and couldn’t take me with her, and her parents didn’t want to keep me. Luckily, a nice shelter took me in.

Miso is a sassy Siamese cat who is looking for his forever home. He is a very cuddly boy, especially at night. His favorite spots to sleep are under the covers or by your head. He usually cuddles on the couch and, when it’s bed time, likes to be carried to the bed. The ‘Prince’ behavior doesn’t stop there as he loves to tell you when he is ready for his breakfast and dinner. He talks quite a bit in general and definitely uses his voice to get your attention. When he gets excited, like when I get home from work, he is still working on alternative methods of getting energy out from his default: nipping. He has grown quite a bit since I’ve fostered him, and I can usually tell when he is in a mood that’s best to sit back and watch, but he still does the occasional nip if I am not paying attention. He will need someone that can learn his body language and be understanding when he has a slip up. He is a sweet kitty and bonds strongly. He runs to the door when I get home, he shakes his tail like a rattlesnake when he is really excited, and he follows me around as I do stuff. He would be a lovely companion for the right person!
