Meet Mishu
Mishu was admitted to a local emergency hospital with intussusception- a condition in which the intestines fold into themselves like an accordion. Doctors asked HHR to help and take Mishu under our wing so that he could get the lifesaving surgery he needed
Surgery went well but Mishu struggled post op to recover quickly and spent nearly two weeks in and out of the hospital.
Many weeks later, Mishu is ready for his forever home. He gets along with other kitties and must be adopted to a home where he will have a young feline companion. Mishu would be fine with older kids. He would likely do well with gentle, cat savvy dogs.
Mishu is about 9 months old. He is neutered, vaccinated for rabies and distemper, microchipped, feline leukemia/FIV negative, and is current on flea/tick preventative.
