Marceline is incredibly sweet and calm. She likes to spend most of her day sleeping and relaxing, but will play (usually lazily) too. She absolutely adores attention and will sometimes start purring when you just look at her. When being pet, she flops over on the ground aggressively and rolls around in enjoyment.
Even though she hasn’t been allowed to, she tries to sleep in our bed every night and would love to sleep beside her new family. Either way, she is quietly waiting outside the door every morning to greet us.

She loves her food and won’t have any problems eating. In fact, she would easily overeat and should not be free-fed. When she needs to have her nails trimmed or take some medication, she may not enjoy it but she won’t take it out on you. As long as you’re gentle and patient, she is wonderful to handle. She is a little shy, but she quickly warms up if you’re calm and affectionate. Marceline would do best in a quiet home with lots of love to give and comfy spots to sleep.
