Mango and Bond Domestic Short Hair Fairfax, VA

Meet adorable bonded sibling Mango and Bond. These two cuties came all the way from Puerto Rico to find loving a loving adoptive home together. The boys are around 8-months-old late November and healthy.

They arrived Oct.1 and are settling in to their foster home. They are ready to meet potential future families

Here is what their original rescuer had to say

Bond and Mango were rescued in Ponce, PR when their home in a box was flooded after heavy rains (mango season).Their momma moved them into a yard she had been visiting when she was pregnant. The momma and her 3 babies took over the yard and grew up climbing mango, banana, and plantain trees. Slowly they warmed up to scratches and are now all in and love nothing more than to get scratches under their chin.

Mango is friendly and a talker and never misses a meal. He is socialized to other cats and is ok with dogs, although he likes them to keep their distance. He was a Momma’s boy, and is still missing his Momma who found a forever home with his sister 2 weeks ago. He is searching for someone to give all his love to. He is his brother’s rock and is the first to be brave.

Bond is ready for anything, just like James Bond. He is very friendly, but looks to his brother Mango to guide him. He is also socialized to other cats and is ok either way dogs. He loves getting scratches under his chin and will wrap around your legs to keep the scratches coming.

They were born on April 1, 2024. They are litter trained. I don’t believe they will be picky eaters. They have healthy appetites.
