Meet Malice -Adoption pending
As Valentines day approaches there's no better place to turn for a true love story than this sibling trio that against all adversity as tiny stray kittens never left each other's sides. This trio of siblings has been hanging with remix since one fateful night in November when a volunteer saw the three of them troting across a parking lot together. Well, two of them were trotting. The 3rd was dragging a limp back leg behind her as her brothers maintained a slow place that she could keep up with. This volunteer immediately tried chasing the kittens down which began the few hour stand off.
The limp legged kitten had crawled in a drain pipe and hunkered down in there for a few hours. The volunteer stayed by the drain pipe waiting for the kitten to hit the trap that was set. The volunteer had noticed that the other two kittens, even though they were fully capable of running away from the mean lady with the metal boxes, REFUSED to leave their little sister behind. Well luckily the volunteer trapped all three.
Jumping ahead a few months to now these 3 have been through leg amputations and sickness as feral little kittens to come out the other side as pretty well adjusted LOVING kittens. This trio is bonded, there is no getting around it. While it might not be a requirement, there is NOTHING that would fill our hearts with love more this Valentines then for ALL THREE of them to placed in a home as a trio to live out their days the way that they would have chosen to in the wild, together.
All three are available here on petfinder and they have individual bios written about them. Please read on to learn more about Malice as an individual!
Malice is a 5-6 month old kitten. He had an interesting beginning to his rescue story. He was named due to escaping his kennel and flinging himself repeatedly at his "rescuer", on night one indoors, to attack her with his teeny tiny kitten paws. He has had a complete turn around and now is the most outgoing kitten of the batch. He will chirp at and rub on his fosters legs when they walk in the room to get attention. He immediately purs once he is being pet and loves to sit on the lap of someone he trusts. He will need some time to warm up to a new home but will make an amazing companion to someone who is willing to put in a little effort to earn his trust.
