Maggie Tabby & Domestic Short Hair Mix Becker , MN

Maggie has been in rescue since August 2022 when she came in as an injured undersocialized kitten. She recovered from her injuries and learned to trust humans. She has been ready for a home for some time but unfortunately hasn’t had any interest.

Once Maggie trusts her human, she is a lover. She enjoys pets, sleeping on the bed, play time and treats. She prefers to be in a home with a cat that is laid back and allows her to initiate interactions or to be an only cat. In her previous foster home there were several dogs, Maggie didn’t do well with so many dogs but she may be okay with a respectful dog.

Maggie has beat all odds, and is ready to settle into her forever home. She will need patient humans that will allow her time to transition, could that be you?

As part of the adoption process, vet references will be checked on past/current pets looking for history of routine exams, DHPP/FDRC and rabies vaccines.

Adoption fee is $230.00 + tax (no checks)

Our fosters do the best they can to provide all information about the animal's background and temperament while in foster care in their home. An adopters routine and home environment is likely going to be different than that in their foster home.

Sometimes there is more that comes out about an animals personality once they have been able to settle in a home and truly become comfortable. There are great articles out there written about the different stages a pet goes through after adoption, discussing transitions that happen at 3 days, 3 weeks, and 3 months. We highly recommend reading about this - it will help you understand the transition your new pet goes through.
