Meet Maddie
Maddie is an amazing, loving cat who deserves the best home. Her past hasn't been great, and she deserves her happily ever after.
Maddie came from a residence with 15 other cats that we are TNR'ing. We originally planned to get her spayed and release her back. Upon intake she was skinny and when she went to the vet for her spay it turned out she was 6 weeks pregnant and had pyometra (infected uterus). Her kittens had to be aborted and she had a long recovery time.
During recovery her foster parent realized she was just too friendly to be released to be back on the streets where other cats chased her off and she was never fully safe. After healing from spay surgery Maddie had to go to back to the vet to get 8 bad teeth removed. These were just infected teeth that needed pulled and it was determined that she does not have stomatitis.
Maddie is around 8 years old and is an absolute joy to be around. She LOVES to play and to get attention. She loves catnip and all types of toys, especially balls. She loves attention and will grab your hand with her paws to pull you in to pet her. She will also need a home with no other pets.
At 8 years old she is in the prime of her life and deserves a furever loving home. Will you consider making Maddie a part of your family?

All of the cats in Kitty Cat Connection's (KCC) care are lovingly cared for in foster homes. This gives us the ability to match adopters with the purrfect cat or kitten. All of our adoptable cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped, given FVRCP and rabies vaccines and combo tested for FIV and Feline Leukemia. KCC is a foster based rescue, we do not have a main facility. We have an adoption venue at PetSmart located at 8970 NW Skyview Ave, Kansas City, MO 64154. There is a small adoption center in the store and we have cats featured daily at the store that you can see in person. Our adoption events are at PetSmart every Saturday afternoon from 1pm to 4:30pm. We occasionally hold Saturday morning adoptions and Sunday adoptions at PetSmart depending on how many volunteers are able to the attend adoption event.
