Meet Lebowski
***Lebowski is our Resident Superstar! So, in hopes of helping him find his loving forever home soon, his adoption fee has been waived!!!
Lebowski is a 3 year old neutered male. He is current on his vaccinations, microchipped, and FIV/FeLV negative!
Lebowski is aptly named due to his size, however he has the sweetest and most gentle personality you will ever find in a such a large and handsome kitty. He came into the shelter as a very shy and nervous guy (which is completely understandable in such a chaotic environment!) but he has slowly started to get used to us and show us what a sweetheart is really is. While he may need some time to adjust in his new home, once he is comfortable he adores gentle pets and cuddles from his favorite people - and when he really knows you he will crawl right into your lap! When he's comfortable with his surroundings, he does like to explore a little bit but he is a mostly low-key kitty who really only asks for lots of comfy spots to cat nap in and a cozy spot next to a window to birdwatch from in his new home.
Lebowski is a sweet and gentle guy but he does still prefer his independence at times so he is looking for a home with older respectful children at least 10 years of age or older who are able to understand this. He may do ok with other calm and respectful pets in the home given slow and proper introductions to one another.
