Meet Lady Duchess

All pets are adopted into homes in the Austin, Texas, area, only.

This sweet girl has had a rough first year of life:

Duchess was dumped on the streets as a young cat. She became pregnant outside. A finder could pet her but she would start trembling. The finder took her to Austin Animal Center, where she was spayed, tested for FIV and FELV, and was negative! She was given a rabies shot and a clean bill of health.

Her shelter notes indicate she is not aggressive, but she is scared. She would move back to the back of her cage when they would open it. Do you blame her?

This cat is gorgeous and loves looking out the window. She needs time and she needs love and patience.
