Meet KIRA YUKIMURA

PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BELOW. IT WILL ANSWER ALL YOUR QUESTIONS. If you still have questions after, we are happy to respond through email.

It is a long read and a long adoption process. Please understand we are ensuring that our babies go to great homes and we don't know you personally (yet). Understand that this is an adoption of a beautiful little soul that deserves the absolute best life.

The average lifespan of a cat is 13 to 20 years. Some cats even live into their thirties, although this is far less common. So don't let that discourage you from adopting an adult cat! Rescue mama has had 3 live into their 20's. One was 8 weeks old.

KIRA YUKIMURA, her mom NATALIE MARTIN and her 4 siblings (CORA HALE, THEO RAEKEN, LIAM DUNBAR and MALIA TATE) were rescued from the a backyard. Rescue mama was called that the neighbors were not being kind to the little family. So a trapper went out and trapped the family and brought them to our rescue.

With all the chaotic rescuing going on in the summer, we were not able to get out kittens into our regular clinic. We were offered a different clinic and we made the appointments. To our dismay 7 of the 18 cats sent to this clinic ended up in the emergency room. KIRA YUKIMURA was one of them. Her incision opened and were were able to save her.

Meet KIRA YUKIMURA, a gentle one-year-old muted calico cat residing in a cozy nook of Hemet, California. Wrapped in a soft tapestry of grey, black, and peach, KIRA YUKIMURA's shy demeanor is just a veil for her playful spirit that comes alive with a few encouraging words and her favorite can of cat food.

Though she may greet strangers with a tentative hiss, this is merely KIRA YUKIMURA’s unique way of saying she needs a little time to warm up. She finds joy in pouncing on soft toys and exploring her surroundings with cautious curiosity. Her playtime is a delightful dance of stealth and surprise, revealing her charming feline instincts.

KIRA YUKIMURA's compatibility with other cats is commendable. She thrives in the company of her feline companions, showing great patience and gentleness. Her ability to coexist peacefully makes her an ideal candidate for a home with other cats, where she can share in the camaraderie and adventure that only a multi-cat household can offer.

Despite her initial shyness, KIRA YUKIMURA has a heart full of love and a penchant for playful escapades. Once settled, she becomes a source of constant entertainment and affection, eagerly participating in games and settling down for quiet evenings by your side. Her preference for canned food is a testament to her discerning taste, and she'll always be found perking up at the sound of a can being opened—a simple pleasure that brings her immense joy.

For those looking to add a whisper of mystery and a burst of playfulness to their lives, KIRA YUKIMURA offers just that. With her, every day is an opportunity to discover the layers of her personality, each more endearing than the last.

Are you ready to uncover the playful secrets of this beautiful muted calico and let her transform your home with her gentle charm? If so, please reach out to learn more about how you can welcome KIRA YUKIMURA into your family.
