Keoto is a timid boy who prefers to stay in the shadows although he is beginning to realize he is safe and allows you to pet him now! His perfect home will not expect much from him and will allow him to come out of his shell in his own time.
**We are primarily a sanctuary with mostly special needs cats and dogs. Because of this we work closely with potential adopters to make sure adopters and rescues are perfectly matched before approving an adoption. We won't approve an adoption just to reduce the number of animals in our care!
