Kenny Domestic Long Hair New Bedford, MA

Gentle Kenny is estimated to be 12 years old and came to us as a stray. He was likely abandoned by his previous owners awhile ago and has been living outside for years. He has lovely, thick fur but was extremely matted when he came to us, so he has been shaved down to relieve the discomfort. He's a purr machine and very chill; he doesn't like to leave his bed except to use the litter box or eat. He loves his foster mom's husband and will get right up when he comes in. He doesn't seem interested in toys or anything interactive except his cardboard scratcher on occasion. However he has a yellow feather toy that he likes to hold in his paws.

Kenny is looking for a quiet home with no young children and no other pets. After being abandoned and left outside for years, we are hoping to find him a special adopter who will dote on him and give him lots of extra love and care to make up for the years passed.

If you submit an application and do not hear back, don't worry! Your application will still be kept on file in case and can be used for other cats that become adoptable.

The adoption fee is $200 and includes the following: spay/neuter surgery, rabies vaccine, distemper vaccines, deworming, microchip, FeLV & FIV testing, deflea and vet examination.
