Jubilee absolutely adores being pet and scratched around her neck. She's been showing signs of blossoming, especially in quieter environments. She will sleep with you and wouldn't mind a scratch or ten in the middle of the night if you feel inclined.

Jubilee just needs some space to relax and be herself. She's incredibly sweet with people and would likely be okay around kids who understand how to be gentle with her. While she tended to stay away from the dog in the foster home, she wasn't overly frightened by him
