Meet Jet*

Jet is just a big, sweet, cuddly, mild-mannered potato. f you're looking for an easy-going and affectionate companion for a quiet life, this is your girl. Jet spends most of her time sleeping but prefers to do so as nearby (or on top of!) her human as possible. She loves people and is super sweet and affectionate with everyone she meets. She will reward scritches, being brushed, and any general attention you might give her with plenty of purrs, head butts, and loving gazes. She's such an easy, lovely cat--with a beautiful calico coat.

Jet is considered a stable hospice case due to persistently elevated liver enzymes in her bloodwork that led to jaundice. She's on two medications (liquid, given once daily) due to said liver enzymes and, while still a little elevated, her liver levels in her bloodwork are improving very nicely! Jet takes her medicine extremely well and her foster has never had any issues (she's not much for struggling!).

In a previous foster home, Jet was a little stressed out by more lively resident cats. She'd likely do best in a calm home as a single cat or with other low-key pets such as herself.

During PAWS' "Cold Noses & Warm Hearts" Adoption Promotion running through 12/24, adopters can name their adoption fee for any cat over 6 months old or dog over 40lbs.
