Meet Jasper
Jasper was found abandoned in an open carrier in East Orange left outside to fend for himself. He’s approximately 3 years old unfortunately he tested positive for FIV but is healthy otherwise. He is so grateful and appreciative to his rescuer and foster that he is save and now loved. Jasper is a true cuddle bug and lap cat!
