Meet Jamsey - bonded to Flicka
I'm Jamsey - the only boy in this chick flick and also the most outgoing of us four. Perhaps it is my male ego, or maybe that's just what my three female roommates keep saying. I don't know, I am just a young cat!
I love food, and the way to my heart is with wet food and treats! We all tried catnip the other day - we are teenagers, after all, and we all are now 'nipheads.
While I am the most outgoing, I grew up the same as my three friends: without much interaction from people and it's going to take me a bit to trust people again.
I have found my cat soulmate in Flicka and we want to be adopted together.
I do think tacos and pizza would help though. I mean, it couldn't hurt...
All cats and kittens are spayed or neutered, up to date on rabies and distemper and have had de-wormer medication as a preventive measure. All have tested negative for FIV and feline leukemia. Some kitties may even have a microchip.
HOW TO ADOPT
*Download, complete and return an adoption application from our website
https://orphananimalrescue.org/how-to-adopt.
*Email the completed application to adoptions@orphananimalrescue.org. Open by appointment, please send a message to adoptions@orphananimalrescue.org to schedule once you complete an application.
*Contact your veterinarian's office and NON-RELATED personal references to expect a phone call from someone at OARS. This helps us process the application within 2 days.
We focus on providing personalized care for these cats in a loving, home-like environment. Cats live in community rooms and they are able to watch bird feeder activity and nap in a favorite sunny spot.
We partner with other rescues and shelters when bringing pets to our rescue. We do not accept cats from the public. This approach allows us to help organizations near capacity or those with a special kitty that may need more attention. We are completely donation supported. All donations go towards food, supplies, medications and veterinary treatments for the homeless animals in our care.
Get involved and be part of the difference for these pets.
