Hey there! My name is Ish! I'm a brown tabby girl with a white bib, belly, and feet, and I'm about 2 years old. I have an ear tip because I was brought in as a feral cat, but I showed the staff here at the shelter how sweet I was, and they decided I needed to find a furever family to love me! I love to snuggle and be held, and getting pets is such a nice thing! I like to make biscuits, purr, and have a little conversation with people--I'm not loud or anything, I just like to let you know I'm here for face scritches and attention!
The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.

The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
