Honey is a 1-year-old, playful cat looking for her forever home!

This beautiful fluffy panther has a playful personality and loves to hang out with her people once she gets to know you. She is so excited to play with her toys and loves boxes; throw a toy in the box and she'll play in there for months! She's very tolerant of touch and actually likes her belly and armpits scratched. Amazingly, she'll even let you trim her nails!

Honey loves to look outside at the world around her, or lounge in a sunbeam on the floor during the day. During the morning and evening hours, Honey will run around the house till she starts panting; this girl loves to exert her energy! When I'm in my office she'll spend hours looking outside while lounging on her cat tree or watching the fish swim about in the fish tank on my desk.

In the morning, Honey will request her breakfast of canned food as she has her morning cardio zoomies around the house. After that she'll ask for pets and attention; she'd love to lie on your lap for a few moments after breakfast. During the afternoon, Honey will spend time napping alongside whatever her person is doing or napping/window-watching in the sunroom. In the evening, she'll let you know she's ready for her dinner and will get her 2nd can of food. After that, it's toy time again followed by her evening zoomies around the house. She'll then sleep on or under the couch at night.

Honey lives in a 3-bedroom duplex with two adult females. She gets the whole floor to zoom around in!

Ideally, Honey would go to an indoor-only, single-cat home with an experienced, attentive cat owner in a duplex, townhome, or house. She is very energetic and needs some space to do her zoomies and lots of toys and scratching posts! Honey is neutral with other cats, preferring to spend time by herself and with her people. She has not met any dogs or children yet.

She's a sassy girl that loves people that understand her. She'll take some time to warm up to new humans but will love her new family after her adjustment period.
