WONDERFUL NEWS!....... HEARTTHROB HAS BEEN ADOPTED!

Heartthrob was named for the perfect heart on his nose. He was found as a stray, but no one came looking. Did he lose his way and get himself lost? Did his family move and leave him behind? We'll never know. He just doesn't to seem to be "a street cat". He's a very friendly cat .....If only he could talk.....

Here's what the vet (Prospect Ridge Veterinary Hospital, WO) posted on Facebook about Heartthrob:
"Who is that sweet boy that will make your heart skip a beat? It's Heartthrob!
Meet Heartthrob, the sweetest boy you will ever meet. He loves to be around people and loves to be loved. He was definitely not a "street cat" because he is such a social cat. Our hospital has got him up to date on all vaccines, tested him for FIV/FELV, and neutered him. He is ready to find his furever home. He is currently up for adoption with the West Orange Animal Welfare League ."

They estimate Heartthrob's about 2 years old, and he weighs 10.6 lbs. He is FL/FIV - Negative, Fecal/Giardia - Negative, Has his distemper vaccination and rabies vaccinations, and has been neutered. Precautionary Frontline was applied to make sure there are no fleas. Now he's ready for a new home to call his own
