Meet Hansen
Hansen is a very handsome, sweet boy who has never hissed, bitten or scratched, but is quite timid. He loves to be petted and once he trusts you, he will "ask" for affection and is quick to purr.
Hansen will need time to adjust to a new environment, but with patience, he makes slow, but steady progress. He can startle easily so may not like a busy household with younger children. He does rely on his brother Pyke to be a bit braver but a bit of bribery of a morsel of chicken or tuna also seems to help him adjust faster.
Hansen and Pyke were part of a larger group of cats being cared for by very diligent guardians who decided to get them into care so they could have a safe, warm environment.
