Gracie Russian Blue & American Shorthair Mix Hilton Head Island, SC

Meet our new little beautiful blue butter-soft cub with the pumpkin-colored eyes, Gracie! How on earth a kitten this gorgeous and sweet ended up on the streets, all alone as a wee tot, we will never know. But luckily one of our awesome volunteers took her in, had her vetted and gave her a warm safe foster home to decompress and let us see her many amazing attributes, one of which is allowing her to be a kitten again! She is now about 6 months old, spayed, vaccinated and ready to find her furever family!

Understandably, Gracie is a little shy to start, but once she knows you are kind and patient, she is ALL about the love. She purrs like a boss, is cuddly, sensitive and smart. She seems to be great with other cats (even a spicy one who was in her foster home - she just ignored him) so likely will do well in an existing cat household, with a mindful assimilation (which we can help you with!) or as your “one and only." She mostly just seems to want human attention and a loving, patient indoor home so she can grow into the beautiful Cat Queen she so clearly is meant to be.

For the safety of the cats, home visits are a required, but they can be done at the time of adoption. We do think Gracie will adopt quickly, so we will respond to you quickly once we have received AAC's required application, which you can find here:
