Meet Frankie
Frankie with the huge beautiful eyes, was found in an animal shelter parking lot… with an ID # ! Apparently he was wily enough to pull off a prison break! But he hasn’t tried to escape from us! He’s a goofy boy who likes string toys and pets. He can be a bit domineering towards some cats but with just one other more submissive cat he should do fine. He is definitely what you’d call a lap cat but Frankie is also really more like a dog, prime candidate for harness and leash training!
