Meet Francine
This is Francine. She is approximately 9 months old. She was literally dumped on a county road on March 9th along with 4 other cats. A nice lady passing by noticed a car speed away and then saw the cats at the side of the road. We rescued all of them. She is still just a little bit scared from her ordeal, but is super sweet and gentle.
