Meet Fiddler Crab: A Twisty Triumph!
This little survivor isn't your average cat! Fiddler Crab came to us with a rough start—with Radial Hypoplasia—Twisty Cat Syndrome—and some internal issues that made breathing a struggle. But this brave kitty never gives up!
Our amazing vets performed a complicated surgery that included rebuilding his diaphragm and moving his heart to the right spot. Now, Fiddler Crab is healed up and ready to find his Forever Family and support our fall fundraiser!
He’s super sweet, loves to lick you, great with other cats, is decent with dogs, quiet, litter trained, etc. He has been neutered, microchipped, and given age-appropriate vaccines. He tested negative (good) for FeLV and FIV. He was raised in a home. Cats with Radial Hypoplasia need a little more care and thoughtfulness with their environment to accommodate their special way of getting around. It is a genetic trait and not contagious.
