Hi! My name is Dulcy and I am around 11 mos old! I survived living in a house with over 70 cats in deplorable conditions :( We were all hungry and in desperate need of medical attention. I am now READY FOR A FAMILY!! I am extremely gentle and affectionate. I am a little girl who loves EVERYONE. Please come meet me!
