Duke Domestic Short Hair Frederick, MD

Meet Sir Duke Purrington, a beautiful dark gray kitten who is a virtual purr box.  He was rescued outside as a single stray kitten.  Little is known about his background but he loved people immediately.  He was purring and rubbing up against everyone the day he arrived at his foster home which is how he got his name.  He can be very demanding of attention and loves to get into everything.  Duke is a proficient counter surfer and has been taught many naughty things from the resident cats who inhabit his foster home.  His antics can be very entertaining and he is a joy to be around.  He is estimated to be around 5 months old.  

Duke is a very high energy mischievous kitten and would do best if he is adopted into a home with another young cat that he can play with.  He has gotten along well with the many resident cats in his foster home as well as foster kittens from other litters. He’s been around his foster family’s two dogs and done well with them.  He has not been around small children but would likely be fine with them.  Duke has been a favorite with the 4 human teenagers that live in his foster home.  

Duke is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines.  He’s ready to go to his forever home.
