Draco Dodd Domestic Short Hair Merrifield, VA

This sweet girl was trapped at a feral colony in Prince George's County. While she had never gotten close enough to be touched by the caretaker, she somehow knew getting in the trap was the first step to a new life. She was very comfortable and even purred in the trap!

Draco allows pets all over her head and back and rolls around purring and showing her belly. She will allow you to hold her for a few minutes but is still getting used to that type of confinement. She is a polite and patient girl while she waits for her meals and treats. She enjoys being in the presence of her humans and other kitties and loves to play with others or by herself. She carries toy mice around the house chirping as she looks for the perfect spot for it.

Draco will be most comfortable having other kitty friends as she gets used to a new home but does not have known experience with dogs. She would probably be fine with children who can be calm and gentle with her.

Draco's estimated birthdate is March 2022. She has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and tested negative for FIV/FeLV.
