Meet Dottie Biscotti
Dottie Biscotti was found as a stray with her kittens. We don't know about her background, but she has been a fabulous mom and is ready for her next adventure in a forever home.
Now that she is safely inside, Dottie's favorite activity has been just hanging out and relaxing with people. She loves being pet, brushed, and playing with her feather toy. Forget everything you have heard about “tortitude”, this couch potato has hers dialed down! She frequently sleeps on her back, belly in the air and happily lets you pet it. It's not a trap, and it is really warm if you need a hand warmer.
Dottie has also had the opportunity to spend time with other people when her primary foster needs to travel. While not a huge fan of the car ride (not many cats are!), she has adapted quickly in each new space and has charmed all the humans she encounters. She is curious about other cats, and has been successfully introduced to a foster sister after some time and plenty of treats to help the introductions!
Dottie would be great with school aged kids or as a work from home companion. She is content to sleep during the day, and ready to play when you get home or finish your meetings. She likes to follow her person around and is an excellent supervisor when you are getting her food ready. And for a cat that started life outside, she is fabulous at using her scratchers and litter box. Her preferred place to sleep is the floor, so no need to go spending money on cat beds either! (She comes with one, completely unused!)
