Dot and Opie Domestic Short Hair Fairfax, VA

Dot (male) and Opie (female) are a 3 year old bonded pair that were adopted from us in 2021. The circumstances of the adopter has changed and they are now back in rescue.

Dot and Opie are shy but have really blossomed in their foster home.
Opie has a form of OCD where she licks her fur repeatedly, She is on a mild anti-anxiety medication but also gets full body shaves which seems to dramatically reduce the behavior.

We know that makes for a very hard placement but we won't stop trying.
We do not need an adoption fee but we do need to make sure they go to a loving responsible home.

The adoption fee includes age-appropriate vaccinations, FIV/FeLV combo testing, microchipping, and spay/neuter, plus you will receive a certificate for a free wellness exam with a PBJ-collaborating veterinarian.
