Meet Dorothy
MEET DOROTHY!
This gorgeous emerald eyed girl, along with her kittens, was found by one of our volunteers after being abandoned in a rural area. Smart kitty that she is, she somehow managed to keep herself and her brood alive till the cavalry finally showed up to help them. Now that all her motherly duties are done, she's ready and waiting for a forever home of her very own!
We think Dorothy is about 2 years old. She's been spayed, wormed, vaccinated and is a very good girl with her litter box.
Though she's a little overwhelmed by the middle school atmosphere of the shelter, (where do I belong in this herd?) she gets along well with all the other cats. Just a tad shy because of her difficult days of having to survive by her wits, she's a very sweet girl who loves being petted, once you get her seal of approval. She's been through so very much in her short life, we feel confident she'll blossom and spread her wings once she becomes a cherished family member and can finally fully relax. She's been waiting to exhale for far too long! Her $50 adoption fee will help defray some of our costs for her care. To meet this lovable girl, please fill out an adoption application on our website suing this link: https://pawsitiveoutreach.wixsite.org/adoption-application or call Gina at (480)779-9208. Dorothy knows 'There's no place like home!'; she's patiently waiting for you to bring her ruby slippers.
