Meet Dale. He came to us less than a year ago from a terrible home situation; we are almost certain he was abused. He'll follow you, rub up against you and want attention and pets. However, after a short time he lashes out with claws out. ACT is hoping that someone experienced with this type of cat behavior would consider adopting him and working with Dale.
