Who doesn’t love Eric Clapton, and seems I was named after that legend! I am a handsome grey and white boy and am about 2 years old. I like long naps and have been known to tuckle away in an open bookshelf cubby. I am sweet and social and enjoy patting, but I am a little bit shy because I am still getting used to things here at the shelter, but I will blossom once I am safely in a loving and secure home. It takes me a little bit to come to you- but be patient because I usually will and I like to be the one to make the first move- at least until I trust you. I think I’ll do fine with older friendly kids and maybe even friendly pets. I would just want a slow supervised introduction, I also want my owner to understand I’ve been through a lot, it’s stressful coming into a new place and getting used to a cage. Once I fully blossom and trust I bet I’ll be your favorite couch potatoe buddy- or reading partner. Please just be patient when you adopt me and let me take my time to open up and blossom, I will be such a great pet and companion.! I’m dreaming of a loving, wonderful home, please come meet me and take me home!!
