Meet Chewy ***Community Courtesy Post***
My mother was living independently in a senior living community and recently had a series of spinal surgeries. Unfortunately, she did not progress enough through physical therapy to be able to return to living independently, so she is now living in a full care group home and is unable to keep her cats.
Chewy is a 4 year old, short-haired orange and white tabby who is neutered and very friendly and vocal. He is litter box trained. I don’t think he has had any exposure to other cats, dogs, or children, so I am unsure how he would do with those situations. I believe he had his initial vaccinations when he was a kitten, but I don’t think my mother kept him up to date on his vaccines since then and he has not been recently tested for FeLV.
If you are interested in adopting Chewy, please contact their caregiver, Angela Penberthy, by phone (602-418-9823) or email (angelapenberthy@msn.com).
