Charlotte is a timid and sweet cat who thrives in peaceful environments. She’s looking for a calm, quiet home where she can truly blossom. Loud noises and fast movements can make her uncomfortable, but with patience and love, she becomes a true snuggle bug. You’ll often find her curling up beside you in bed or lounging in a sunny spot by the window, soaking in the warmth.

Charlotte would do best in a home without children, and she appreciates the company of calm dogs or cats who share her quiet nature. She enjoys her meals throughout the day, so leaving food out for her to graze is ideal.

While Charlotte has made herself at home in our sanctuary, we know that there’s an even better place for her—a forever home where she can get more individual attention. Charlotte’s journey began when she was rescued as the sole survivor of a litter found under a fishing pier in southern Maryland. Now she’s safe in a foster home in Indian River County, Florida, and she’s ready to meet her perfect match.
